Distinctive educational and training programs are being implemented in the company:

Children education - We give high priority to our actions in the field of education. All CamAgra's employees and their families are living within the company land, all their children are staying on permanent basis in the plantations. To ensure that every child living in the plantations will attend school, the company has established a school on one of our plantations that is Government operated. On other sites, a school is operating as a result from collaboration between the company, local education authority and NGO.

Employee training - To improve the staff knowledge and performance, a training program has been developed. All operational aspects are discussed and tours around the different CamAgra plantations are conducted.

Academic studies - Collaboration was established between the Royal University of Agriculture and CamAgra, in which the University sends students to do their Master Research thesis in the farm. Studies such as fertilizing effects on plantation development and improving rooting performance of Acacia cuttings are conducted under the supervision of Dr. Nir Atzmon and professors from the Faculty of Forestry at the university.
